Oh my, it's been so long since I've posted. I hope everyone had a Wonderful Holiday Season. I sure did. I visited my Mom and Step-Father up in Michigan and had The BEST Christmas since my move, 4 years ago.Over the next few days I'm going to try to put up some images of what I worked on prior to my visit. Also, I will be uploading some photos which I took while preparing for my submission for Patti Culea's latest book, Creative Cloth Explorations. What a delight to be published in such a Beautiful Book. Enough chatting.
Photos above, are before and after of a set of pillows which were commissioned by a fellow doll maker. I decided to go with a teal hand painted fabric for a background. The girls were painted with my usual process and each piece was finished with beaded eyelash trim. Enjoy!

How do you paint on cloth and get it so.....subtle, blending? These are lovely.
